Hairy AV review
Hairy AV definitely deserves a few words of introduction in case you’ve not yet heard of this JAV HD offering. This is a true Japanese porn site, where you’ll find hardcore content starring gorgeous Japanese models who just so happen to be rather more hairy, or less shaven, than many of their mainstream competition. They truly are gorgeous, and the content itself is excellent. That said, it’s time to talk about details.
Hundreds of Clips, No Censorship, Bonus Sites, What More Could You Want?
There are many excellent details on the plus side with Hairy AV, so I’m going to go through them a little fast to save on time. We’ll start with the library, which can lay claim to over five hundred and fifty eight individual clips, each of which tends to last twenty minutes, and most of which are in excellent full HD. There’s a gallery with each video, and these average fifty high-res photos. Odd for Japanese hardcore, you will find no censorship here whatsoever. We don’t know how the JAV HD sites escape the local laws on that one, and we don’t really care, we’re just glad they do. You also get a very nice handful of other sites from the JAV HD network as bonuses with your membership, just in case you somehow happen to get bored with Hairy AV.
Updates, Subtitles, Archives: JAV HD Consistent On Faults, Too.
Unfortunately, no porn site I’ve yet seen is truly perfect, and Hairy AV is no exception to this rule. The issues are each minor, but together they are of some valid concern. First is updates. Updates are fairly consistent, but slow, at only two to three new videos and galleries per month. I’m sure JAV HD can do better. Second, no subtitles in english is annoying, but in no way critical. I searched the site thoroughly; they’re not there. The last is that there are no convenient zip archives for downloading the photo galleries. This is all very normal for JAV HD sites.

Hairy AV is far from a bad site, but even within the context of it's JAV HD sister sites it does pale a little in the comparison. The library is excellent, the bonus sites are good, the niche is unusual and nice, but it just isn't quite enough to pull away from the small handful of unfortunate drawbacks it inherits from the network it belongs to. So, at the end of the day, it's a very good site that falls just a little short of the greatness it's aiming for, and that's why I've decided to award it a score of eighty four point three points, right in that area of very solid, but not great, between eighty and eighty five points.
