If you’re familiar with Yanks, the site from which Yanks VR has been spun off, then you already know the concept of Yanks VR. These are all high-production-value solo and lesbian pairings, starring gorgeous babes on the lesbian end of the spectrum, but it also has some POV solo content where the babes talk to you and perform for you in a more direct sense than that of most porn. Ultimately, as far as the soft factors go, especially the fact that many of these scenes happen to be outdoors, I could not be happier with Yanks VR overall. Let’s move onto the harder ones at this point, shall we?
Over 200 Videos, Weekly Updates, 4K Resolutions but Shorter Run-Times
As of the time of writing for this review, you’ll find 217+ videos within the Yanks VR library. That is a little on the smaller side, and the reason for that is that updates drop only once per week. The videos average a shorter run-time average of only 8 minutes, and they’re available in 4K resolution to download. While they are compatible with many devices, they’re a little lower resolution than some VR devices are capable of. The videos are generally available in 180 POV, 3D filming, but newer ones tend to 30fps – it’s odd to see newer videos as a downgrade, even if it’s a relatively minor one in context.
Mobile-Responsive Site Design, Sufficient Features
I found the site design at Yanks VR to be pretty solid and properly mobile-responsive. While they don’t seem to be offering streaming as an option, the downloads go off easily, and there are plenty of features. Expect a good tagging system, basic search, comments, ratings, and favorites – and really, for the size of the library, that’s all you need at the moment. I found the site experience more than sufficient overall.

Ultimately, I do think that Yanks VR has identified their sub-niche and is filling it pretty well at this time. I’d love to see them providing higher-resolution – and 60fps – videos, and I’d love to see them provide streaming options. However, content is sufficiently high-quality as things stand, plus compatible with more than enough headsets, and supported by enough site features that the flaws don’t drag the site down all that much. That’s why this offering squeaks into the bottom range of ‘great’ sites at the end of the day. I am awarding Yanks VR with a score of 80.5 points, alongside my recommendation to fans of VR and of solo content.
