Medical fetish reality hardcore is a fun niche that doesn’t get the attention that I think it likely deserves, at least going by my perception of general popularity. It’s lucky for us then that Adult Prime has brought out the Dirty Hospital site. Here you’ll see plenty of speculum use, pussy licking, swabbing, exams, and lesbian fun and hardcore encounters alike, almost always between a patient and the ‘hospital’s’ thorough staff. Plus, with the great Adult Prime babe choice, and solid production standards, you can be sure these are satisfying scenes. Let’s jump into the library details.
26+ Videos, Slower But Regular Updates, Full HD Resolutions
As of the time of writing for this review, the Dirty Hospital collection includes 13+ videos, each with a paired gallery. It’s clearly a newer site, but unfortunately the update schedule is on the slower side. Updates are regular, but don’t expect more than 1-2 new content drops each month. Meanwhile, the videos themselves are on the longer side, having a generous average run-time of 25 minutes each. They’re available to stream or download in up to Full HD, which isn’t the modern standard but thankfully still looks good on most screens. The galleries are pretty solid too, containing an average of 30 higher-resolution shots each.
Full Network Access, Solid Browsing Experience & Features
Not only is the site nicely modern, and includes search, comments, ratings, favorites, filters, tags, and more – all of which would be overkill for Dirty Lesbian’s collection alone, of course – you get full access to the rest of the Adult Prime network included with your basic membership. It's nice to see Adult Prime pushing into further varieties of reality hardcore, with Dirty Hospital definitely showing this trend. Dirty Hospital, and the larger Adult Prime, are offers that are definitely improving all the time, but I'd still love to see this site improving it's update schedule – that way, it could end up growing at a much faster rate. On the other hand, it's clearly not necessary, at least not yet, as Dirty Hospital actually climbs the rankings up to the mid-range of 'good' porn sites due to everything good and bad listed above. Hence, I'm awarding Dirty Hospital with a score of 75.5 points.
