Public Pickups review
Public Pickups is very well named, even for a Mofos site – and they tend to do very well as it is. This site is all about finding gorgeous girls on the street and offering them money to show their breasts on camera, then even more of that same cold hard cash to suck, and more to fuck – all in a semi-public place close to where the camera found them but enough out of the way to not get into any trouble for it. It’s a top-notch concept for a reality hardcore site, and even if it’s not really real, it’s done well enough to feel like it.
Full HD Content, Monthly Updates, Long Videos, Mofos Access
The offer at Public Pickups starts off with a library of over four hundred individual videos. Each of these is available in excellent full HD, and they last an average of thirty five minutes, nicely longer than most porn. Considering the compromises inherent in the concept, everything is about as well-filmed as you could expect, too. Updates come in at a pretty reasonable pace of 1-2 times a month as well, and on top of all that you get full access to the rest of the absolutely excellent Mofos network with your standard membership also.
No Photo Galleries, Downloads Cost Extra
I wouldn’t be doing my job for you folks if I didn’t call out the problems, though, even as nice as Public Pickups is. First, there are no photo galleries here, only vid caps. Now, that’s actually pretty expectable and minor, given the premise. Worse is that you need to upgrade your membership to gain access to downloads. Luckily Mofos has sweetened that deal with early access to new scenes and a few other benefits, but it’s still not a good compromise.

Mofos has an excellent concept here with Public Pickups, and they've realized it very well. The clips are great, user tools are good, network access is great, and all in all there are a lot of strengths here. On the other hand upgraded memberships for downloads are never good, and vid caps are inferior even on a site where they make more sense (assuming the content is “real” of course – it probably isn't but that's OK). At the end of the day, Public Pickups earns a score of eighty six point eight points – a very good site, but not great.
