Purgatory X review
Purgatory X is a very different offering from what we usually look at – all of it’s content is split between two lines, two styles, that make this site feel much more like a mini-network of two different sites, rather than one single offering. It’s an inventive spin on two of the most popular niches within general hardcore – Heaven for sensual, passionate, almost glamcore content, and Hell, for rough and raunchy hardcore. It’s always reality porn either way, the babes are always gorgeous, and the style is always enjoyable. We’ll take a closer look at the technical specs next.
Over 180 Videos, Solid Galleries, And Reliable But Slow Updates
As of the time of writing for this review, you’ll find 181+ individual videos available at Purgatory X. 2 new ones drop reliably each month – it’s an unfortunately slow update schedule, but it’s also a reliable one. The videos last an average of 25 minutes each, which is a pretty generous runtime, and the vast majority of them stream or download in up to 1080p Full HD. Now, that’s certainly no longer a modern resolution, but being only one step back, it still looks pretty good on most devices. Each video is also associated with a gallery – these average 40 higher-resolution shots each, and are available in convenient Zip archives to enjoy offline.
Good Features, Mobile-Responsive Site
The site is fairly modern at Purgatory X, and you can expect it to work fairly well with just about any mobile device that you might happen to prefer. Features that they’ve implemented include a way to browse the individual videos, or by trilogy (they’re all in trilogies), sorting options, a filter option for the two sides, a basic model index, basic search, favorites, and comments. It’s an excellent feature set for a library at this particular size overall.

It’s always great to see sites with interesting, new, or different twists on established genres, and naturally that in itself gains them points. Of course, all the rest gains them points as well, or loses them – and Purgatory X gains a lot of points with everything it does well. The smaller library and slower update schedule here are unfortunate, but may well be a consequence of the unusual and very nice twin style of porn, and in trilogies, that they’ve made their niche. That’s why I am awarding Purgatory X a score of 82 points alongside my full recommendation to reality hardcore fans.
