Usually on this site we look at hardcore, and even with all of the benefits of that kind of porn content, often a change in pace is warranted and delightful. As of the time of writing for this review, the Panty Pops collection includes 145+ videos alongside 138+ galleries, and unfortunately for those smaller numbers, this is not a newer porn offering. The issue is that updates stopped in April of 2018, which is about five years ago now, and they don’t show any signs of updates returning. That leaves us with the aforementioned number of videos, which have an average run-time of 25 minutes each, and are available in up to Full HD resolution whether or not you prefer to download your porn. The galleries contain a nice average of 100 shots each, but they may be vid caps.
Full Network Access & Solid Usability
Well, as multiple of the recent reviews have been, Panty Pops is in fact an Evil Angel network site, and it also shares with many of those recent sites not just the updates issue, but also the full network access to the rest of Evil Angel, a major point helping it to stay above water overall. Panty Pops ends up in a pretty unenviable position – a small library, no updates, and resolutions now a step behind the standard – which naturally drags it's score down overall. Thankfully, the full network access to Evil Angel and the wide array of usability features, as well as the solid user experience that those support helps to buoy this site, and as such it remains capable of keeping it's head above water in the current situation, and hence it ends up at the lower end of the 'good' range of porn sites. I'm awarding Panty Pops with a score of 71.3 points overall, as a result of all of the above coming together.
